Refund Policy
Refund Policy for ISMS Policy Generator
At ISMS Policy Generator, our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that our SaaS platform may not always meet your expectations, which is why we offer a clear refund policy for our customers.

1. Refund Window:

In accordance with EU regulations, our users have a 14-day window from the purchase date to request a refund for our services.

2. Refund Criteria:

  • Full Refund: If there are technical issues such as the generator not launching or an unfinished document, we will issue a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: We'll assess these on a case-by-case basis. Factors may include but are not limited to, service disruptions and extensive downtime.
  • No Refund: Quality issues are exempt from refunds because we offer a 7-day trial for users to gauge the service quality. Users can cancel their monthly subscription anytime if they are dissatisfied after the trial.

3. Refund Format:

All refunds will be processed through Stripe, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Initiating a Refund Request:

If you wish to request a refund, kindly reach out to us atcontact@ismspolicygenerator.comor use ourcontact form. Unfortunately, we do not offer a self-service refund option at this time.

5. Refund Processing Time:

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days, in line with Stripe's processing times.

6. Display Locations:

Our refund policy can be found:

  • Linked in our Terms and Conditions
  • In the footer of our website
  • In the contact form

7. Exceptions:

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abusive behavior. Examples include:

  • Generating all necessary documents and then requesting a refund.
  • Multiple refund requests in a short period.

Customers exhibiting such behavior will be advised to cancel their subscription instead.

8. Trial to Paid Transitions and Auto-Renewals:

Users who transition from the 7-day free trial to a paid subscription should remember that they have already had the opportunity to assess the quality of the service. Any quality concerns after this period are not eligible for a refund. Subscriptions will auto-renew each month. Users can cancel their subscriptions anytime to stop the next month's billing.

9. Response Time:

As a solopreneur, I aim to acknowledge and address refund requests as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response to your refund request.

10. Additional Clauses:

  • We continually strive to improve our service. Feedback accompanying refund requests is invaluable and always appreciated.
  • We recommend users to carefully provide inputs to the policy generator. The quality and relevance of the generated policy are largely dependent on the accuracy and specificity of user inputs.
